Returns and Exchange

Within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a credit or exchange for any product with which you are not fully satisfied. Only products with manufacturer defects may be refunded. After 14 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.

Returns will be accepted for exchange or credit if:

Within 14 days of purchase or to assist with HOLIDAY PURCHASES, by January 30th for items purchased between November 15th and December 24th
- Items must be accompanied by a receipt
- Clothing, pillows and throws must have tags attached
- Toys must be un-opened
- Furniture should be inspected for damage at time of delivery and authorization for return must be received within 7 days of delivery
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit for the amount of the purchase

Exceptions to return policy or items ineligible to be returned:

Jewelry and candles
Custom designed or monogrammed items
Items damaged through customer wear and tear
Delivery / shipping fees

Prior purchases will not be eligible for a price adjustment
Custom products will require a 50% deposit which is non refundable after 2 business days. Please cancel immediately if custom ordered items are no longer needed Other Bell and Whistle Policies
